The Boeing Company’s Global Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in Seattle, WA to support Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA).

This role is responsible for collaborating with business leaders and human resources to develop and execute recruitment strategies that deliver an engaging and personalized candidate experience.

Position Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring leaders to understand critical job requirements, create and implement candidate generation strategies, and deliver the best candidates for each open positionLeverage our Applicant Tracking System to create and publish requisitions, screen candidates, and assist in providing a smooth on-boarding experiencePartner and manage high-touch relationships with internal and external candidates and domestic hiring managers across multiple disciplines, locations and businessesUnderstand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postingsUtilize recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, HireVue, HiredScore, and AvatureSearch external resume databases proactively using Boolean search strings in a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) environmentMaintain pipeline of pre-screened candidates and continued contact with candidates to retain interestMaintain relationships with Boeing 3rd party vendors and sourcing partnersUse metrics and data analysis to develop strategies and efficiencies in the hiring process and for future forecastingProvide proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the process, provide status and ensure successful hire within expected timeline

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in recruiting talent (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)3+ years of experience using Applicant Tracking SystemsExperience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media toolsExperience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience with Tableau1+ years of experience with Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (i.e. Avature, Sourcepoint, etc.)Experience with hourly and union workforceExperience attending and assisting with hiring eventsExperience sourcing and acquiring cleared talentExperience working with all levels of management to develop recruiting and sourcing strategiesExperience using Workday for recruiting and/or talent acquisition tasksExperience working with OFCCP and EEOC compliance guidelinesExperience negotiating compensation with business partners and candidatesExperience coaching and mentoring recruiters

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $96,900 - $131,100
