Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is hiring an Experienced System Engineer – Integration, Verification & Validation for the Puget Sound area.

This candidate will beabletocombinethedeepexpertiseand resourcesoftheentireBoeing enterprisewiththeflexibilityandfastpaceof asmall companysetting; willhaveabundantopportunitiestoleadandcollaboratewithpeoplefromallovertheworldtocreateanddeliverinnovative complex technical problemswhilemaintainingcompliance withUSandForeignregulations regardingaircraftdevelopment,production(includingdelivery),maintenance,supplier engagementandflightoperations.

This position can be based at our Everett WA or Tukwila, WA location.

PositionResponsibilities:

BeanintegralpartofsupportingtheKC-46modelforin-service,in-productionandunderdevelopmentissues&opportunities

Leadcross-functionalteamstoevaluate,coordinate,implementandensureengineeringdesignandretrofitchangesmeetoperationalandfunctionalrequirementsin supportofcustomerexpectationsandoverallprogramobjectives

Leadcross-functionaltechnicalintegrationinsupportofresolvingcomplex issuestohelpdeliverairplanes,returnairplanesintoservice,resolvesupplychainissues,mitigaterisks,actualizeopportunities,etc.

Leadcross-functionalintegrationandtechnicalprojectmanagementinsupportofdeliveryandproductionstreamsustainability

Leaddetailedinvestigationstoensuresystemintegration,compliancewithrequirementsandtoprecludesafetyissues

Leadandintegratetheenhancementofbusinessandenterprisetoolsand/orprocessestoenableefficient performanceofengineeringtasks

CommunicateroutinelywithInternalandExternalCustomers(peers,stakeholders,seniorandexecutiveleadership)

CommunicatefrequentlywithRegulatorsand/orSuppliers

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed locations.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

5+years'experienceperformingcomplexengineeringorintegrationwork
