The BGS P-8 Sustainment program is seeking a Systems Engineer (Associate or Mid-Level) to join our dynamic team leading the way in Integrated Health Management Systems (IHMS) in Tukwila, Washington. Our Engineers work in a highly dynamic environment collecting data, analyzing data and making actionable recommendations to enable critical product improvements and support decisions.
Position Responsibilities:
Perform prime Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) and Health Management System (HMS) analysis functions in support of our Navy R&M customer and the Reliability Control BoardPerform data acquisition, management and reporting, to support design, maintenance, logistics, and business development throughout the product lifecycleApply analysis results and make recommendations to product teams and system support/supportability, to influence design and comply with requirementsDefine, develop and implement processes and tools needed to execute system health functions and engineering supportability across the program and to improve productivity, accuracy, quality and efficiencyPerform and document system health validation and verification activities, to assess adherence to specificationsResearch, analyze, and compile technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycleApply system processes, methodologies and tools to design systems and new product development

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement2+ years of experience in technical or engineering fieldExperience with C++, Python or JavaExperience with Data Analytics toolsExperience with Linux
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Active Secret ClearanceSystems Engineering experience using tools such as Windchill, BORIS, and other common tools.Experience with analyzing field data commercial derivative aircraftP-8 mission and aircraft systems background

Summary pay range Associate (level 2): $98,600 - $133,400
Summary pay range Mid-Level (level 3): $119,850 - $162,150
