The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Systems Design & Integration Specialist to join the team in Everett, WA; Kent, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, Mo; or North Charleston, SC.

We are seeking a high-level Microsoft 365 (M365)/Exchange Administrator to oversee and support our M365 environment, with a strong focus on automation and scripting using PowerShell/Graph. The role includes managing Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and compliance features, while developing scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation for critical support and incident response. The ideal candidate has deep experience with M365 services, email security protocols, and strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead a cross-functional team responsible for the technical operation, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle of M365 collaboration services

Drive adoption of M365 tools through governance, training enablement, and user experience enhancements

Collaborate with cybersecurity, data governance, and Information Technology (IT) infrastructure teams to ensure M365 solutions meet Boeing’s enterprise standards for security, scalability, and compliance

Partner with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and implement M365/Exchange solutions that improve productivity and streamline workflows

Monitor service performance, usage analytics, and operational metrics to ensure platform reliability and to inform continuous improvement efforts

Stay informed on Microsoft roadmap updates and industry best practices; serve as the internal liaison with Microsoft and other key vendors

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in Microsoft 365/Exchange environments

Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Purview and other M365 collaboration tools

Experience with Microsoft 365/Exchange governance, compliance, identity/access management, and automation

Experience with strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and engage with senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience with Exchange, Microsoft, and automation

Experience with Agile, DevOps, and enterprise change management frameworks

Experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries

Experience with PowerShell, SQL, and Graph
