Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity and immediate need on the United States Air Force (USAF) E-7A Program for Mission Systems Integration and Test Engineer in Tukwila, WA. The Mission Systems Integration and Test team is responsible for evaluating requirements, writing test plans and procedures, performing requirements verification, perform hardware/software integration and performing customer demonstrations.
The E-7 is the world’s most advanced, capable and reliable Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) platform, having proven itself in operations around the world. The aircraft is designed to track multiple airborne and maritime targets simultaneously. It can provide situational awareness and direct other assets such as fighter jets and warships.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordination and planning of integration and test activities, including System Maturity and Capability DemonstrationsAuthoring and executing test procedures for regression, formal qualification and verification testing purposesFormally documenting test resultsDirect interface with USAF customer representatives, and other key stakeholders
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry9+ years of experience or 7+ years of experience with a Master of Science DegreeExperience with hardware/software integration
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
9+ years of applicable experience in hardware/software integrationExperience with E-3, or AEW&CBachelors of Science/ Masters degree in Systems EngineeringExperience providing technical leadership for an engineering team

Summary Pay Range:
Associate: $87,550 - $118,450
Mid-Level: $104,550 - $141,450
Expert: $128,350 - $173,650
