Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Support Integration Specialist in Tukwila, Washington to establish support requirements, costs, technical objectives, definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans. Leads the creation of estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development efforts. Monitors process development and coordination of activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current. Creates and leads presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs. Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact. Requires and expert understanding of Supply Chain Management processes for spares and repairs.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads proposal and induction of spares and repairs for the VC-25B Support & Training Systems IPT during the engineering and modification development (EMD) phase of the program. Works with the USAF customer to define and execute an agile approach to contracting for a large volume of part numbers for post-delivery spares which will also be used to support the flight test program. Works with the contracts and proposals teams on any additional spares, repairs, or heavy maintenance contracts working with the Spares Management team in formulating a Basis-of-Estimates (BoE) for those proposals, and providing finalized contract requirements to the VC-25B spares management team for ordering. The candidate should have an expert understanding of spares and repairs processes on derivative aircraft programs, and be comfortable planning and leading discussions with USAF customers, and apply that understanding into process and procedure development.Manage new part orders and repairs to mitigate surge for the spares team.Perform trade studies and options analysis on emergent issues to be presented to technical teams and leadership.

quired to work onsite in Tukwila, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in Supply Chain Management with expertise in asset management and repair managementExperience formulating cost and flow estimatesExperience communicating both written and verbal, with public speaking and frequent interactions with senior-level management and customers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in aircraft maintenanceExperience supporting Derivative Aircraft spares and repairsExperience with US Government contracts and proposals

Summary pay range: $115,600 - $156,400
