Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist (Associate, or Experienced) who assists in analyzing post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities. Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders. Processes material returned from customers. Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance. Processes documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims in our Seattle WA location.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate and Experienced.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Seattle WA.

Position Responsibilities:

Applies supply chain concepts using technical knowledge of SCOR model practices

Prepares forecasting projections to influence inventory decisions

Prepares and executes request for material requirements

Resolves request for assistance within the Supply Chain value stream

Drives decisions that support internal/external programs, customers and product/order commit dates

Optimizes execution of the supply chain, balancing inventory, supply orders and scheduled demands

Monitor analyze identify trends and take action on Key Performance Indicators

Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements.

Leads and monitors customer allocation and delivery sched‐ules and projections for significant customers.

Provide Program timely communication, leadership and continuous process improvement.

Adaptable, able to work in a constant change and fast paced environment.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, Logistics Support, or Materials Management

More than 3+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment

Experience in data analysis

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP/ ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment is highly desired

Experience implementing process and/or strategy improvements and an applied understanding of Lean practices

Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (asset/program management)

Communication skills, collaboration, and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate (Level 2)

Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Experienced (Level 3)

Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range for associate level: 68,000 – 92,000

Summary pay range for mid-level: 86,700 – 117,300
