Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Supply Chain Management Manager to join the Community Manufacturing Partnership (CMP) team located in Auburn, WA.
The Supply Chain Management Manager will lead a team supporting both enterprise level initiatives and implementing high visibility supply chain focused projects, develops and executes integrated organizational plans and solutions to enable business objectives.
This role requires partnership with leaders across the enterprise. This position will discover new opportunities and solutions for business problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking. You will blend strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes, standard work, and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain.
The successful candidate is someone who can join and lead teams, understand the strategic aspects of the organization and associated initiatives, work in a complex organization, and can demonstrate their knowledge of the company and multiple functional subject areas to meet supply chain management goals and our internal and external customers’ expectations. Candidates must be able to translate strategic goals into tactical actions that are understandable to the team.
Our team is currently hiring for a Level K Supply Chain Analyst Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
Transform the production system, drive standardization and promote continuous safety leadership and promotion of an Incident and Injury Free workplace
Manage, develop, motivate and build trust with employees and stakeholders
Integrate and collaborate across the Supply Chain function
Enhance the skill and talent of our team to meet the current and future business environment
Identify and leverage best practices from both within and outside the enterprise improvement in everything we do
Model a sense of purpose, urgency and desire to be the best at what we do
Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of supply chain processes and/or suppliers
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Work with the Supply Chain Management Analysts to ensure data integrity within ERPLN and other business systems
Create a culture that models the leadership attributes
Monitor KPI’s and metrics and solve performance gaps
Focus on BPS, compliance and safety
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
5+ years of experience in materials management and/or supply chain management
5+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
5+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)
5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
3+ years leading critical projects
Experience with safety and quality processes
Self-motivated, works well independently
5+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic planning and risk identification
Demonstrated ability to create shared vision and translate into strategy Implementation
Demonstrated capacity to proactively and quickly makes sense of complex issues; responds effectively to complex and ambiguous situations; communicates complicated information simply
Experience expediting products through a internal/external production system to meet emergent customer demand

Summary Pay Range:
$121,000 - $142,000
