Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our Flightline team in Everett, Washington. 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday – 2 pm till 10:30 pm. Remove is not using a different shift: Must be willing and able to work any shift (Must be able & willing to work various shifts and/or an alternate baseline schedule that may frequently change to support mission requirements and may include weekends and holidays; mission requirements and/or workload may require both scheduled and unscheduled overtime.)

As a Supply Chain Management Analyst (SCMA) at Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), you will leverage data analysis and strategic insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement across our supply chain.

Successful candidates will possess skills in data analysis, forecasting, and supply and/or demand troubleshooting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations that support our mission to deliver world-class aircraft. Our team is currently hiring for Mid-Level (Level 3) Supply Chain Management Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers to support BCA Airplane ProgramsIncorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into the production plan; coordinates part number attributesVerifies released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning systemReleases and maintains orders; documents and resolves order delinquencies; reports schedule adherence issuesApplies developed solutions to inventory plansAnalyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventoriesInitiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availabilityEnsures on-time delivery; optimizes inventory levels; creates schedules for products and servicesDevelops and implements new ordering methodologiesEnsures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulationsImplements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)3+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)Must be willing and able to work any shift (Must be able & willing to work various shifts and/or an alternate baseline schedule that may frequently change to support mission requirements and may include weekends and holidays; mission requirements and/or workload may require both scheduled and unscheduled overtime.) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field3+ years of experience scheduling and ordering inventories/supplies

Shift:

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday – 2 pm till 10:30 pm.

Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 91,800 - $124,200
