Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3,4, or 5) located in Auburn, Washington.
This role supports 737, 767, & 777 within the Fabrication Division at S&S.
You will be involved in responsibilities that include incorporating change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. This position in Materials Management (Supply Chain) methodologies will also ensure coordination in the Global Supply Chain.
Position Responsibilities:
Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chainAnalyzes complex material requirementsVerifies and incorporates Bills of Material/schedules into a production planDetermines part number attributesInitiates, coordinates, and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availabilityEnsures on-time deliveryDocuments and resolves order delinquencies; reports schedule adherence issuesDevelops and controls inventory plansOptimizes inventory levelsAnalyzes and dispositions excess inventoriesInitiates auditsDevelops and creates schedules for products and servicesAssists in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposalsImplements and maintains process improvementsAnalyzes and establishes best practices for materials management to improve SCM performanceWorks under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in supply chain or materials management5+ years of experience with an industry ERP system5+ years of experience with Lean+ and/or Lean 5S5+ years of experience in a role that required the ability to work both independently and collaboratively5+ years of experience coordinating across multiple functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
7+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience7+ years of experience in project management7+ years of data analysis experience using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.7+ years of scheduling experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment

Summary pay range:
Level 3 $97,000 - $113,000
Level 4 $121,000 - $141,000
Level 5 $150,000 - $174,000
