Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst Manager (Level K) to join the 737 Value Stream Integration (VSI) Supply Chain team in Renton, WA on 1st shift.
This position manages employees analyzing supply chain material requirements, developing and optimizing inventory planning and synchronizing supply chain demands.

Position Responsibilities:
Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals.Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements.Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.Manage, develop and motivate employees.Lead inventory management initiatives on the program.Positively influence key performance indicators and supply chain metric trends.Interface between Supply Chain Ops, Fulfillment and 737 Program stakeholders.Communicate and coordinate part/POA status with 737 VSI and Program stakeholders.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change 3+ years of experience with supply chain management or materials management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher is desired but not required3+ years of experience working in a role that required strong interpersonal and communicating skillsAbility to build positive working relationships through partnership and collaborationKnowledgeable of the interactions between departments/disciplines and how their products/processes affect one another and impact non-Procurement processes (e.g., Engineering, Business, Operations, Logistics)Knowledgeable of customer and supplier requirements to support program production schedule and airplane deliveries for planned versus unplanned demand
Typical Education/ Experience:
Typically, 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
