Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our dynamic team in Hazelwood, Missouri, El Segundo, California, Huntsville, Alabama, Mesa, Arizona, Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, and Seattle, Washington.
Position Responsibilities:
Guides integrated product design/build teams by independently representing Supply Chain Management (SCM) plans and strategies to arrive at optimal solutions.Leads cross-functional teams in the introduction of new tools and techniques.Presents analysis of performance measurements to senior managers.Investigates complex ordering conditions.Develops and implements new ordering methodologies.Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations.Creates complex schedules.Develops materials management estimates and schedules for new business proposals.Identifies, analyzes, develops and implements best practices, processes and procedures for SCM.Recommends changes to new or existing corporate and divisional policies.Leads teams and is responsible for overseeing, documenting, implementing and maintaining the improvements they contribute.Works under minimal direction.
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position is for 1st shift.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 5 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).More than 5 years of experience in supply chain or materials management.More than 5 years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment.More than 5 years of experience in Production Control and Material Management processes.More than 5 years of experience with Material Requirements Planning, including the use of Compass Contract or a similar MRP system.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher.More than 5 years of experience with scheduling experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment.More than 5 years of SAP experience.
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Summary pay range: $91,800 - $121,800
