Job Description
The 737 Fabrication Program Integration team serves as the single point of contact, integrating program priorities with each of the Fabrication Major Business Units. The identified candidate will develop positive relationships with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders, and peers, and have the ability to gain rapport and engage with internal and external executives.
Position Responsibilities:
Acts as Liaison to Fabrication MBUs team to communicate and advocate for Program needs and initiatives and communicates on behalf of leadershipAnalyzes and prepares reports to measure key performance indicatorsSupports the coordination and analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to ensure alignment between Fabrication and Program prioritiesDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partnersResearches and evaluates organizational issues, identify options and recommend solutionsAssists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goalsIdentifies risk and opportunity and develops mitigation planningCreates and manages databases, share points, and web reportsCollects, organizes, and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain the status of programs, customer and supplier commitments, and complianceEnsures follow-up action for issue resolutionMeets with leadership to gain approval and share project statusLead Root Cause/Corrective Action initiatives to improve systemic issuesProvides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
8+ years of experience:Managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and servicesInteracting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, in both a one-on-one basis and in group settings8+ years of experience performing in change management, program management, or similar roles8+ years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional way
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
8+ years of experience:Conducting data analysis in Excel, creating executive briefings in PowerPoint and delivering presentations to Executive LeadershipImplementing process or strategy improvements along with an applied understanding of Lean practicesExceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skillsA high level of attention to detail, is a self-starter, and is results-drivenBachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
