Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Supply Base Management Specialist to join our Supply Chain (SC) Category Strategy team in Everett, WA.
The BCA Supply Chain Strategy team is looking for Supply Chain Strategy Specialists to lead the development of its Structures category strategies. This position will help integrate BCA’s range of needs to meet business goals, from make/buy decisions and strategic work placement to Intellectual Property Management and technology roadmaps for sourcing categories. You will be required to interface and integrate program strategies and objectives with the functional, BCA and enterprise strategies and objectives. You will have responsibility for full lifecycle, cross-program decision making to achieve recurring cost reduction and after-market revenue targets for your Structure categories.
Our teams are currently hiring Mid-Level (Level 3) and/or Senior (Level 4) Supply Base Management Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
Facilitates supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.Monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance to identify potential risks, issues and opportunities.Develops and executes supply base plans and integrates with customer, program and commodity strategies.Identifies and participates in business and costs savings initiatives.Identifies and participates in supplier and business improvement activities.Provides outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management5+ years of experience in communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time domestically and internationally 
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Level 4: 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience   3+ years of experience managing supplier performance 3+ years of experience with improvement methodologies (Lean, systematic problem solving, value capture, strategy tables)

Summary pay range (Level 3): $112,500 - $130,650
Summary pay range (Level 4): $129,600 - $150,500
