Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Supply Base Management Specialists to join our Supply Chain (SC) Category Strategy team in Everett, WA.

The BCA Supply Chain Category Strategy team is looking for Supply Chain Strategy Specialists to lead the development of its Primary Structures and propulsion category strategies. This position will help integrate BCA’s range of needs to meet business goals, from make/buy decisions and strategic work placement to Intellectual Property Management and technology roadmaps for sourcing categories. You will be required to interface and integrate program strategies and objectives with the functional, BCA and enterprise strategies and objectives. You will have responsibility for full lifecycle, cross-program decision making to achieve recurring cost reduction and after-market revenue targets for your Primary Structure categories.

Our teams are currently hiring Senior (Level 4) and Lead (Level 5) Supply Base Management Specialists.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.Manages and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.Leads the development of mitigations plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs.Develops and implements supplier base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies.Analyzes supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into contracting strategies.Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

7+ years of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management 7+ years of experience in communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 3+ years of experience with company strategy development and execution Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced DegreeLevel 5:10+ years of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills3+ years of experience managing supplier performance3+ years of experience with improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, systematic problem solving)

Summary pay range (Level 4): $129,600 - $150,500

Summary pay range (Level 5): $154,800 - $179,750
