Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supplier Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Albuquerque, NM, Philadelphia, PA, Seattle, WA, Seal Beach, CA or St. Louis City, MO!

Position Responsibilities:

Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities.

Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases.

Conducts and guides supplier assessments.

Develops current and projected work statement.

Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans.

Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders.

Develops and executes work movement plans.

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Shift Work:

This position is for 1st shift.

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study) – move to preferred if possible

5+ years of experience preparing and coordinating technical documentation (engineering drawings, specifications, statements of work, technical manuals, etc.) and/or experience in business analysis, financial analysis, managerial accounting, or estimating.

5+ years of experience in program management within supplier management.

5+ years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action.

5+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.

5+ years of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 40% of the time.

Summary Pay Range: $110,500 - $145,950
