Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 5) to support the Collins Aerospace, Major Suppliers Team in Mesa, AZ; Long Beach, CA; Everett, WA; Kent, WA; Renton, WA; Tukwila, WA; or Ridley Park, PA!
Position Responsibilities:
Oversees technical and business guidance to critical suppliers and programsLeads strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliers and programsManages all aspects of supplier and stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phasesLeads supplier assessments and the development of recovery plans, corrective and preventative actionsProvides oversight, guidance and verification of work movement projectsCommunicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders. Manages work movement plans
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, engineering, scientific or information technology field of study)5+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management or Program Management5+ years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)5+ years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action

Long Beach, CA; Ridley Park, PA ;Everett, WA; Kent, WA; Renton, WA; Tukwila, WA: $137,700-$170,100
