Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 6) to support the Executive Fleet based in San Antonio, TX, Tukwila, WA, Hazelwood, MO, Long Beach, CA, Mesa, AZ, or Oklahoma City, OK.

Position Responsibilities:

Collaborates with key Boeing suppliers for the executive transport programs in San AntonioManages supplier production, performance, and capabilitiesIntegrates with engineering and program stakeholdersOversees technical and business guidance to critical suppliers and programsAdvises and assists supplier in improving processes, capabilities, and understanding of Boeing business practicesServe as lead program manager, working with internal subject matter experts and external consultants, as neededLeads strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliersAnalyze data, identify root causes, and present creative solutions for supplier performanceLeads supplier assessments and the development of recovery plans, corrective and preventative actions. Leads the development of company or business unit procurement strategiesManages all aspects of supplier and stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phasesActively lead and execute various improvement activities and initiatives to ensure maximum supplier performanceDemonstrate daily commitment to safety and operational excellenceCommunicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders.Manages work movement plans.Serves as supply chain technical integrator for design engineering and configuration managementLeads team of supplier program managers

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

5+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services5+ years of experience creatively solving problems and generating alternatives5+ years of experience leading and managing diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher 3+ years of experience in the production, modification and/or conversion of airplanesProficient experience using project management tools & best practicesExperience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communicationExperience developing & integrating strategic projects and initiatives to meet business goalsExperience leading team of project managersExperience in a role that required organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, facilitate and coordinate multiple projects5+ years of experience in Electrical engineeringActive Security clearance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for:

Tier 3 $144,500 - $195,500

Tier 2 $154,700 - $209,300

Tier 1 $165,750 - $225,250
