Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supplier Management and Procurement Manager(Level K) to join our BCA Supply Chain Operations Functional Excellence team in Everett, Washington!
The Procurement Manager will lead all procurement activities and keep the business operations running efficiently by supporting both Enterprise level initiatives and implementing high visibility supply chain focused projects, developing and executing integrated organizational plans and solutions to enable business objectives. The ideal candidate will ensure all items and services are accurately acquired, so that projects and processes can proceed efficiently and optimally to drive the overall success of the company.
This role requires partnership with Leaders across the enterprise and an active member of the BCA (Boeing Commercial Airplane) Supply Chain team.
This position will discover new opportunities and solutions for business problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking. This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain.
Position Responsibilities:
Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements
Performs responsibilities requiring the integration of disciplines from more than one supplier management and procurement job family and applies independent, specialized technical expertise to support a wide range of business objectives
Activities include, but are not limited to, the development, integration, implementation and execution of multidisciplinary business processes
Works cross-functionally with internal and external customers and suppliers and all employee levels to carry out responsibilities
Manage a team of professionals responsible for Demand Management and Demand Planning and other Supply Chain tools and processes
Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness within the supply chain organization
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in managing or leading people or teams
3+ years of experience in supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Processes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in managing projects
3+ years of experience leading or managing process improvement projects
Bachelor's degree or higher

Summary pay range: $125,100-$152,900
