Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Vice President of Learning and Development to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the function’s priorities and goals
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key milestones
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive alignment and foster collaboration among stakeholders
Support the Vice President in preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external audiences
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning, talent, and development programs, recommending enhancements and adjustments
Remain up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning, talent and development
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of experience in strategy, project management, and/or a related role
Experience leading a team in a formal or informal role, with the ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
Experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
Experience communicating and presenting with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various audiences
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience in Human Resources
Experience in a Learning, Talent Management or Human Resources role
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with project management tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite

Summary pay range: $107,950 - $156,400
