Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Staff Analyst (Level 3) to join the 737 Wings Staffing team in Renton, WA on 1st Shift. We are excited to initiate this requisition to hire a Staff Analyst to join the team supporting 737 wing manufacturing at Renton. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the heart of Boeing’s mission - building the wings that enable flight by turning production data into actionable improvements that boost throughput, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will bring sharp analytical skills, a continuous-improvement mindset, and a passion for solving real-world manufacturing challenges that help deliver industry-leading aircraft to customers around the world.Primary Responsibilities:Develop, coordinate, and assess the architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings to ensure alignment with organizational objectivesAnalyze and summarize data including budget information, workforce levels, training requirements, and equipment/facility needs to support decision-makingLead the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiativesPartner with organizational leaders on long-range strategies, goals, and objectivesProvide continuous assessment of meeting and review structures to improve effectivenessDevelop executive-level briefings and lead the design, logistics, and facilitation of meetings and eventsConduct research and analyze data from multiple sources to support organizational performance trackingUtilize best practices in email correspondence, meeting notices, formatting, and document management to enhance communication and efficiencySupport safety and quality initiativesFoster a culture of first-time quality and continuous improvement.Assist leaders and teams in completing action items by setting reminders, facilitating meetings, and providing clear instructionsOrganize and maintain SharePoint and shared server contentBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting findings3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications1+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leadersPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership roleProven ability to build positive relationships, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearlyStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage at the Senior Executive level
