Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Staff Analyst to join the Fabrication -Emergent Operations team based out of Auburn, Washington.

Emergent Operations (EO) is a major business unit in Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ (BCA) Fabrication division. Our core mission is to provide emergent support for the developmental, production, and active fleet programs within BCA, Boeing Global Services, and Boeing Defense & Space. The ideal candidate should have experience in executive communications, strong integration, and communication skills, and be able to work with diverse teams/functions within our MBU and across the greater Fabrication division.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.

Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives.

Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations.

Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.

Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).

Develops executive level briefings.

Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status.

Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

Leads the development and deployment of training content.

Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners, and customers to deploy broad organizational training.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Auburn, Washington.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience preparing agendas, facilitating meetings, taking actions, and following action items to closure

3+ years of experience developing communication plans including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and key message development

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
