Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-level or Senior Level Staff Analyst to support the 767/777 Fulfillment Organization in Everett, WA. In this role, you have the unique opportunity to build relationships and collaborate across the multiple organizations within Fulfillment and across the Everett site. This ideal candidate will develop plans and objectives and provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Analyzes data and summarizes budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs.
Position Responsibilities:
Mid- Level (Level 3):
Supporting Senior Leadership 767/777 FulfillmentDevelops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiativesProvides data for management review and tracking performance to planDevelops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefingsConducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or technical materialsResearches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies optionsProvides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/eventsDevelops and maintains the project schedule and budgetMonitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participantsPlans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized training content
Senior (Level 4):
Supporting Director for 767/777 FulfillmentLeads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiativesPartners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiativesReviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendationsProvides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architectureAnalyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs)Develops executive level briefingsLeads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/eventsLeads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates statusPlans and coordinates organizational facility requirementsLeads the development and deployment of training contentCollaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience collecting and interpreting dataExperience working with MS Office Suite, such as Word, Excel and MS ProjectExperience creating executive level presentationsExperience leading or supporting staffing activities
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher5+ years of related analytical experience5+ years of experience working with and supporting senior leadership5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data.

Level 3 $80,910 - $87,420
Level 4 $102,660 - $110,920
