Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Lead Staff Analyst -Regulatory Administration and Airworthiness, to support our team based in Everett, WA. This position will require someone that thrives in a dynamic/fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiativesCollects, organizes, and provides data to support regulatory and compliance initiatives and effortsPartners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiativesReviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendationsDevelops executive level briefingsProvides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architectureAnalyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs)Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates statusPlans and coordinates organizational facility requirementsLeads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/eventsLeads the development and maintenance of the staffing plans and budget
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher5+ years’ experience developing executive level briefings5+ years’ experience analyzing and summarizing data3+ years’ experience partnering with organizational leaders on organization goals, objectives and initiatives
