The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced or Senior Level Staff Analyst to join the BCA Production Engineering Core team in Everett, WA to support business partners and teammates across the enterprise. You will work in providing high impact, creative solutions to complex problems both independently and as part of a team environment.

In this role, you will support the four functions under Production Engineering which are Equipment and Tool Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Liaison Engineering and Industrial Engineering. You bring to this role experience with facilitation, collaboration, organization, skill teams, training administration, data analysis, and project management.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives. Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or technical materials. Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget. Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants. Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized training content.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data3+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to various audiences, including senior management and executives3+ years developing plans for organizational goals, objectives and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Associates degree or higher1+ years’ experience with employee onboarding including rotation programs and/or creating training schedules2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Mid-level (Level 3): $79,050 - $106,950

Summary pay range for Senior level (Level 4): $100,300 - $135,700
