Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) is looking for a Staff Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) in Everett, Washington who can operate as a trusted integrator for leaders—someone who can connect strategy to execution, turn ambiguity into a plan, and help teams move faster by improving how we work, not just what we work. This isn’t a “track-the-actions” job. This is a make-the-organization-better job.

This position will be central to building high-performing skill teams, strengthening Adaptive Planning, and shaping the organizational structure and operating rhythm that enables results.

Position Responsibilities:

Build and elevate skill teams

Help define and mature skill teams: charters, roles, decision rights, metrics, and cadence.Create consistency across teams while leaving room for local flexibility.Identify bottlenecks and capability gaps; coordinate actions that measurably improve throughput and performance.

Drive Adaptive Planning that leaders can trust

Build planning artifacts that connect priorities to capacity.Enable leaders to make smart trade decisions as priorities shift—without losing control of commitments.Track performance-to-plan and translate signal into action: risks, recovery paths, and recommendations.

Strengthen organizational structure & clarity

Support organizational structure evolution (roles, responsibilities, interfaces, and workflow clarity).Assess friction points in execution and propose implementation-ready solutions.Partner with stakeholders to implement changes and sustain the improvements.

Upgrade the operating rhythm (meetings that drive decisions)

Provide continuous assessment of meeting/review architecture: fewer meetings, better outcomes.Design agendas and pre-reads that improve decision quality and speed.Facilitate key forums when needed and ensure actions close—consistently.

Tell the story with data and executive-ready communication

Analyze and summarize data from multiple sources; convert complexity into crisp insights.Develop executive-level briefings that clearly communicate: what matters, what changed, what’s at risk, and what decision is needed.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site in Everett, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years’ experience leading cross-functional planning or execution efforts with multiple stakeholders3+ years’ experience analyzing and synthesizing data into leadership-ready recommendations and briefings3+ years’ experience improving or managing an operating rhythm (reviews, cadence, decision forums) and driving actions to closure

Summary Pay Range (Level 3): $83,300 - $112,700

Summary Pay Range (Level 4): $104,550 - $141,450
