Find your future with us.The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) division is seeking a highly motivated & skilled Staff Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the Production Engineering Team on 777-9 CI&R Program in Everett, Washington.
The Staff Analyst will work in a fast paced and dynamic environment to support long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives including financial, staffing and organizational deliverables. The desired candidate must have strong organizational, data management, and project management skills.
The Staff Analyst oversees the development and implementation of organizational plans and objectives, leading efforts to deploy broad strategies across multiple functions and business units. This role supports leadership by collecting and analyzing data, facilitating strategic meetings, and managing employee-related initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Position Responsibilities:
Collect and assemble data from multiple sources to support organizational analysisConduct research and evaluate strategic organizational issues, identifying options and solutionsManage executive reviews and track performance against plans, providing data for management reviewCollaborate with executive leadership to define meeting purposes, content, and facilitate large, strategic meetings and eventsLead cross-functional projects and initiatives spanning multiple functions and programsPlan, coordinate, and track training requirements; develop and deploy localized training contentDeliver informational and technical materials to support communication and decision-makingProvide strategic design, logistics, and facilitation support for meetings and eventsEnsure follow-up and resolution of issues related to organizational initiatives
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience conducting data collection and analysis with industry standard tools such as Excel and Tableau3+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions3+ years of job experience conducting presentations for, interfacing with and supporting senior leadership3+ years of experience managing projects
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree preferred5+ years of data collection/analytics, managing metrics, conducting presentations and supporting leadershipExperience functioning in a cross-functional environmentProven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and facilitate executive-level meetingsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels

Summary Pay Range (Level 3): $83,300 - $112,700
Summary Pay Range (Level 4): $104,550 - $141,450
