Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for a level 3 Staff Analyst. In this role analyst will develop plans and objectives and provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Analyzes data and summarizes budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs. Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

Delivers informational or technical materials. Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options. Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events. Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget. Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

Position Responsibilities:

Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.Delivers informational or technical materials.Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadershipExperience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting dataExperience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and deliver plansExperience translating data into actionable insights and recommendationsExperience working in an aerospace or manufacturing environmentPositive attitude, willingness to think outside the boxAdvanced critical thinking skills

Summary pay range: $80,910-$87,420
