The Boeing Company is looking for a motivated Staff Analyst to support BT&E Resource Management for Supply & Demand Planning in Berkeley, MO and Seattle, WA. They will be responsible for data entry, data validation, and conducting trend and gap analysis to support BT&E. This role requires working closely with Business Operations and BT&E Managers within the Adaptive Planning environment to ensure accurate and actionable insights.

We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to manger tasks with accuracy and collaborate clearly and professionally with team members at all levels.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Mid-Level Staff Analysts.

Position Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain resource management data

Validate data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency

Conduct trend and gap analysis to identify patterns and areas for improvement

Collaborate with Business Operations and BT&E Managers to understand data needs and support data driven decision-making

Utilize Adaptive Planning tools to manage and analyze resource data

Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate effectively

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data quality and reporting processes

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management

1+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools. Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred

Experience or familiarity with Adaptive Planning or similar planning tools is a plus

Prior internship or project experience in data analysis or resource management

Familiarity with business operations and resource planning processes

Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): $62,050 – $89,700

Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): $73,950 – $106,950
