Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) are looking for Shipside Operations Specialists(Production Support) to support the 737 Northline Manufacturing team onsite in Everett, Washington.
Our team is currently hiring Associate, Experienced and Senior level Shipside Operations Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operationsConducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteriaProvides limited feedback on assessment resultsSupport the teammates in implementation of strategies and plansWorks under general supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment1+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective actionProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working in operations analysis or operations research3+ years of experience in a role that required excellent communication, collaboration, networking, and interpersonal skills3+ years of experience in a role that required strong problem solving and analytical skills
Typical Education / Experience
Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Shift:
Candidates may be selected for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Shift will be determined at the time of offer. There may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Summary pay range level 2: $78.300 - $95,700
Summary pay range level 3: $92,700 - $113,300
Summary pay range level 4: $112,500 - $137,500
