The Boeing Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) team is currently looking for Search Application Developer (Mid-Level to Senior) to join their team in Kent, WA; Auburn, WA; Berkeley, MO; Chicago, IL; El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Herndon, VA; Huntington Beach, CA; Huntsville, AL; Long Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, OK; Plano, TX; Renton, WA; Ridley Park, PA; San Antonio, TX; Seal Beach, CA; or Seattle, WA.

The selected candidate will perform product and component management to ensure technical viability and cost-effectiveness from the point where it is evaluated through implementation and support, to retirement.

Position Responsibilities:

Uses technical expertise to help business partners and others by answering technical questions regarding the usage, troubleshooting and functionality of delivery systems products to ensure effective implementation and usage of delivery system productsApplies knowledge of computing systems to choose appropriate troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex, escalated delivery systems problemsWorks with appropriate product supplier for enhancements and issues not resolved in-houseChooses appropriate computing products and methods to ensure requirements are met for security, problem management, capacity/performance management and operational managementDocuments resolutions/analyses according to support proceduresEngages with the business partners and conducts requirement gatheringDesigns, develops, test, and delivers search-based solutions

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience with programming with any .NET language3+ years of experience with JavaScript (e.g. Angular, JQuery)1+ years experience in PowerShell1+ years of experience with C#Experience with XML/JSON filesExperience with Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure and GCPExperience with RESTful APIs

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of experience working with large-scale enterprise grade applicationsExperience with AWS Services such as EC2 instances, Storage Technologies such as EBS, EFS and S3Experience and knowledge of GitExperience with HTMLExperience with SQL Queries build and debug

Typical Education & Experience:

Mid-Level (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range (Level 3): $95,200 – $147,800

Summary pay range (Level 4): $112,200 – $174,800
