Maintain cross-team risk, issue, and dependency tracking, driving timely mitigation and resolution

Act as the primary delivery liaison between business-based product and solution managers and agile teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and trade-off decisions

Provide clear, executive-ready communication on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to program leadership and steering committees

Ensure delivered solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, data, and integration standards

Coordinate cross-team architectural decisions and sponsor technical enablers such as refactoring, platform upgrades, CI/CD improvements, and observability to reduce technical debt and long-term risk

Embed and enforce quality gates across CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, security scanning, and performance validation

Define and oversee production readiness criteria, operational handover, monitoring, incident response, and post-incident reviews

Track and improve delivery KPIs including predictability, defect trends, release stability, deployment frequency, and team velocity

Lead regular team-level and cross-team retrospectives, converting insights into actionable improvements
