Boeing Global Services (BGS) is hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize our Salesforce Service Cloud platform and evolve our service operations with AI and automation based in Seattle, Washington or Dallas, Texas. You’ll be the primary admin for our Service Cloud implementation, manage integrations and security, and partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and measurable improvements in agent productivity and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Operate as the day‑to‑day Salesforce Administrator for Service Cloud users: Manage configuration, Flows, security model, permission sets, sharing, and org settingsSupport Service Cloud architecture and scalability efforts to support high‑volume support operationsSupport the Implementation of AI-driven automation (Agentforce / Einstein / Next Best Action) for intelligent routing, auto‑classification, and agent assistanceSupport integration of Salesforce Order Management, MuleSoft/Informatica, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud; manage named credentials and connected appsSupport Omni-channel deployments including email, webforms, chatbots, Live Agents and Voice (Amazon Connect)Inventory and govern automations (Flows, Process Builders, Apex), identify risk, and drive remediation with Development and Architecture teamsExperience Cloud configuration and Knowledge base enablement to improve deflection and self‑serviceEnsure data integrity and governance: validation rules, structured imports, and steward collaborationImplement security, segregation of duties (SoD), and audit controls to meet compliance requirements (e.g., SOX)Troubleshoot advanced user issues and integration failures; produce runbooks and drive cross‑team resolutionTrain and enable users; create documentation and release notes

Who you are

Deep Service Cloud experience: you’ve administered complex Service Cloud orgs and understand case management, routing, entitlements, and KnowledgeAI curious and practical: you’ve used or are ready to implement Agentforce, Einstein, or other AI capabilities to automate and assist agentsData & security minded: you understand data modeling, sharing, permission sets, SSO, and compliance controlsCollaborative: you can translate business needs into secure, maintainable Salesforce solutions and work well with cross‑functional teamsResults oriented: you measure impact and use KPIs to improve operations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

8+ years of Salesforce administration experience (enterprise environments) Service Cloud focusSalesforce Administrator Certification requiredHands‑on experience with Salesforce Workforce Rules, Flows (record‑triggered/auto-launched), and Process Builder migration. Apex familiarity a plus8+ years of experience creating dashboards and operational reports for support KPIsBachelor’s Degree is required

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Salesforce Certificates: Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I, Service Cloud ConsultantFamiliarity with integrations (named credentials, connected apps) and middleware (Informatica or MuleSoft)Experience with Agentforce, Einstein, Next Best Action, or equivalent AI/automation toolingExperience with Data Cloud

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Level 4: $127,500 - $172,500

Level 5: $160,650 - $217,350
