Boeing Enterprise Business Systems team is looking for a Senior SAP S/4 Integration with PLM and MOM to join our organization. We are working on one of the world’s largest transformation programs designing, developing and implementing SAP S/4 HANA as our future ERP platform.

You will be responsible for leading large digital transformation projects implementing SAP S/4 HANA as our ERP platform across different business units.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project implementation teams comprising of Boeing employees and System Integrators at different business units and sitesCreate and manage complex enterprise-wide project plans following SAP Activate methodology and lead activities to manage scope, budget, dependencies, risks and schedules for SAP projectsSeamlessly partner with all stakeholders (e.g. business, other IT teams, system integrators etc.) and drive timely delivery of the solution across all project phases (SAP Activate phases: discover, prepare, explore, realize, deploy, run)Build and continuously update knowledge on common core processes following industry best practices and defined architectural standardsEnsure the solution built is scalable to high volume, flexible for future enhancements, and upgradable into next generation solutions (minimize customizations)Lead activities to manage project scope, budget, dependencies, risks, and schedules for SAP projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraintsConduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issuesShare insights and best practices with project teams to enhance overall project execution and outcomesProactively identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to address themMaintain a risk register and provide regular updates to stakeholders on risk status and resolution effortsImplement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet defined standards and requirementsDevelop and execute change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions to new systems and processesProvide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutionsEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and track progress against established goalsAnalyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for future projectsPromote a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from team members and stakeholders and implementing process enhancementsEnsure comprehensive documentation of all project phases, including planning, execution, testing, and deploymentPrepare and present regular project status reports to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next stepsAssess resource needs for projects and coordinate with management to allocate appropriate personnel and expertiseMonitor team performance and provide coaching and support to enhance team capabilities and effectivenessDevelop and implement integration strategies that align with business objectives and technical requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems and processes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in delivering 2+ full cycle SAP implementation projects preferably in lead roles3+ years' experience in Integration of S4 HANA with PLM and MOM applications3+ years' experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methodsExperience with functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) functionality including Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Grouping, Pegging and Distribution (GPD) and Project Systems (WBS)Experience with SAP of 10+ years with 2+ years working on S/4 HANA suite of applications3+ years' experience working with multiple internal or external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, suppliers) in planning and executing projects or transactions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree or higher in STEM or Business fields or related fields with 8 or more years' work experience in SASAP S/4 HANA (e.g. MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, WM, ABAP, BTP, and PLMSI) certifiedExperience with PLM (Team Center), MOM (OpCenter, PEO)SAP Activate, SAFe, PMP certifiedExperience in implementing SAP in A&D (Aerospace & Defense) or Automotive/ Discrete Manufacturing industryKnowledge in FAA, FAR, DFARS & CAS and other Govt. compliance areasExperience with Data cleansing and data mapping techniquesExperience with Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, MS ProjectStrong project management skills, customer-oriented, positive and flexible attitudeExcellent team player with a “can do” attitude and strong written and oral communication skills
