Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Quality Specialist to join our team in Tukwila, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for large programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.Develops Quality criteria to support supplier oversight activities.Provides interpretation of complex requirements.Leads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into supplier product designs and verification methodsAnalyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.Develops and implements corrective actions.Performs benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience with statistical data analysis and presenting the resultsExperience supporting reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirementsExperience working in a quality job roleExperience in Supplier Quality processes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)1+ year of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA)1+ year of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specification
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
