Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for an ExperiencedQuality Systems Specialist(level 3) based out of Everett, WA to support the Quality Organization ESRC on 1st Shift.

Position Responsibilities:

Maintain and update Excel raw-data for nonconforming parts, ensuring data integrity, standardized fields, and documentation of sources.

Create and maintain Excel pivot tables, formulas, templates, and macros to support ad-hoc analysis, status tracking, and staging for stakeholders.

Assemble, edit, and publish weekly/monthly PowerPoint reports and executive briefings: capture visuals from BI tools, write concise summaries, highlight risks/owners, and annotate next steps.

Present program and quality status to operational leads and leadership; tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences and lead Q&A.

Coordinate meetings: set agendas, record minutes, maintain action logs, follow up on owners, and escalate issues as needed.

Support and validate BI-produced visuals for executive use (Power BI/Tableau): capture snapshots, verify key metrics, and ensure consistent interpretation across audiences.

Perform root-cause analysis for data discrepancies between various systems.

Provide standard work, training, and guidance for administrative reporting processes and presentation preparation.

Respond to ad-hoc executive and program requests for status, summaries, and deep-dive various non-conforming issues.

Drive continuous improvement of reporting, presentation templates, and administrative processes to reduce manual effort and speed decision-making.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

3+ years experience in program or project coordination, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management in a cross-functional environment.

3+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Understanding on how to pull metrics from various data sources.

3+ years of experience performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation.

3+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action.

3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams.

3+ years of experience presenting to operational and leadership audiences.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience leading or mentoring small teams in a formal or informal role

Familiarity with Lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies

2+ years of experience in quality assurance/control in aerospace, or equivalent experience in a highly regulated industry

Experience leading and managing projects

Summary pay range: $102,000 – $125,000
