Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for a Career (Level 3) and Expert (Level 4) Quality Systems Specialist to support the Everett Delivery Center Team in Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

Reviews proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development

Prepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed

Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems

Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation

Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability

Conducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions and develops a coordinated response for management review and approval

Conducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management

Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment. Works under general direction

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Career (Level 3) and Expert (Level 4) Quality Systems Specialists.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

3+ years of knowledge or experience working with and supporting Quality Management Systems or Quality Requirements within a Quality and/or Engineering discipline

3+ years of experience working with quality and/or manufacturing data systems

3+ years in creation, preparation and communication of leadership decks and executive summaries

3+ years of experience with project management

Proficiency and experience in CMES, Velocity, Teradata

Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with Data Analytics, Integrated Quality Data System (IQDS)

1+ years of experience with SQL

Technical experience in an aerospace environment

Experience in role that required project management skills

Typical Education/Experience:

Career (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Expert (Level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.). Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience are required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range (Level 3): $102,000 - $138,000

Summary pay range (Level 4): $125,800 - $170,200
