Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a (Level 3/Level 4) Quality Systems Specialist to join our Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Liaison team based in Renton, WA.
Regulatory and Quality Systems Oversight (RQSO), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Liaison Renton, has one new position supporting regulatory and compliance activities. The selected candidate will act as a focal who communicates with Programs/Business Units and the FAA on various complex Quality Management System (QMS) related topics and issues.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Career (Level 3) and Expert (Level 4) Quality Systems Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
Works as a FAA Liaison
Develops and coordinates formal compliance responses with Programs/Business Units
Interprets and organizes complex information from multiple sources and develops a written response that stays in sync with formatting requirements and is professional and understandable
Guides stakeholders through analysis of data and processes necessary to perform a robust Root Cause Corrective Action
Periodically, perform Corrective Action Verification (CAV) and Sustain the Gains Verifications (STGV)
Supports FAA Principal Inspector (PI) audits, both in-person and using remote technology, which includes the tracking and resolution of any issues discovered during the audit and subsequent formal written correspondence
Authoring formal written correspondences for review and approval by Senior Leaders and the Legal Department and submission to the FAA
Responds to FAA Requests for Information
Monitors and analyzes data streams for potential compliance disclosures
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working with regulatory agencies (DCMA, FAA, and/or Military)
5+ years of experience in applying verbal and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, proof reading and editing skills
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in collecting, interpreting data, and leading high level projects for management
3+ years of experience in the airline industry
3+ years of Boeing Problem Solving Model
3+ years of experience with QMS
Demonstrated high level of dependability, interpersonal skills, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, collaboration, and problem solving
Customer focused ability to work independently or as part of team experience is required

Summary pay range (Level 3): $102,000 - $138,000
Summary pay range (Level 4): $125,800 - $170,200
