Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Quality has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quality Systems Specialist 3 to join our Leadership Development team based in Everett, WA.

This position will support the BCA Quality Organization with workforce development, External Technical Affiliations, career foundation programs, and training programs. The team focuses on enhancing the Quality function and improving quality culture within Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Candidates must be able to effectively organize information and communicate with stakeholders.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Quality Production Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads business plans, projects, timelines, events, schedules, documentation, and communications for Quality initiatives such as External Technical Affiliations, career development programs, and training programs

Serves as subject matter expert to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to relevant policies, plans, and objectives

Maintains websites, portal pages, servers, tools, processes, and communications

Develops and maintains course schedules, pathways, offerings, communications, records, event logistics, and enrollments

Originates action to improve existing conditions and processes; uses appropriate methods to identify opportunities, implements solutions, and measures impact

Demonstrate the use of information -gathering techniques, analyzing situations and identifying implications in order to make correct decisions

Demonstrate ability to monitor progress and to make changes as required

Develops and manages relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and leaders

Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies

Obtains information and identifies key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal or vision; commits to a course of action to accomplish a long-range goal or vision after developing alternatives based on logical assumptions, facts, available resources, constraints, and organizational values

Performs work with minimal direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment Develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.

Conducts reviews of candidates to meet program requirements and develops coordinated proposals for management review and approval

Plans, schedules, executes, and guides others around activities to accomplish business objectives

Maintains records, monitors progress towards completion, and communicates remaining program requirements

Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability

Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems. Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation

Ability to determine the process to be used to accomplish goals, properly document processes, know how to organize people and activities, understand how to separate and combine tasks into efficient work flow, identify opportunities for synergy and integration, and simplify complex processes Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Applications

5+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues

5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners

2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, motivating, or coaching people

2+ years of experience in program or project management

Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience working in Quality, Manufacturing, Business Operations, project management, Supplier Quality or Supplier Management

5+ years of experience with root cause analysis and corrective action

5+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data

Experience planning and managing events

Experience conducting after-action reviews and continuous improvement

Experience with systematic problem-solving

Experience working in a cross-functional environment

Summary pay range (Level 3): $94,350 – $127,650

Summary pay range (Level 4): $116,450 - $157,550
