Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring for Experienced Quality Systems Specialists (Statistical Analysis & Application) to support the 737 Core Quality Data Analytics Team, based out of Renton, WA.

This team focuses on building innovative solutions by developing data driven web applications, data analytic tools and system integration. These tools provide information to make informed decisions across multiple functions. We integrate multiple technologies such as .NET framework, JavaScript, SQL Server, Teradata, Tableau, and Future state Cloud solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

Provides stakeholders necessary data and metrics to identify root cause of complex problems resulting in development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions

Conducts research, compiles performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability

Designs models, dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives and customer needs

Mentors fellow employees and leaders in the Quality Management System

Works well under general direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Renton, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience working with quality and/or manufacturing data systems

1+ years of experience in database management, programming, statistical modeling and/or machine learning (SQL, R, Python, JMP, Tableau, etc.)

1+ years of experience with developing web applications

Experience with C#, SQL, and HTML 5

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience using Tableau

1+ years of experience in JavaScript

Experience with systematic problem-solving skills.

Experience working in a cross-functional environment and/or business unit team.

Data Analysis, Data Mining, Database Design, UX Research, Product Deployment, Process Improvement, Project Management, Risk Management.

Experience working within a fast-paced team environment which requires strong communication skills to frequently interact with Program Leadership, internal and external customer representatives and development teams.

Summary Pay Range: $86,700 - $117,300
