The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Quality team has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Systems Specialist to join our team in Everett and Renton, WA as part of the Boeing Global Trainee Program.

The Boeing Global Trainee Program is an opportunity for selected ANA employees to join Boeing for an 18-month training program.

Position Responsibilities:

Process Simplification – Everett and Renton - 8 months

Will update processes and procedures that support the Quality Management System (QMS)

Learn how processes and standards are documented and deployed

Collect feedback from process users (mechanics, inspectors) on changes/documentation improvements and support activities to evaluate measures of effectiveness

May also include supporting the development of training or deployment of future-state system and tools

Regulatory Quality System Oversight (RQSO) - Renton or Tukwila - 8 months

RQSO is responsible for maintaining the BCA Production Certificate, including core support for Manufacturing & Quality Safety Management System (SMS) implementation

Learn how BCA is implementing and maturing the SMS within the Boeing Production System (BPS)

Work with RQSO SMS core team to support Manufacturing & Quality bowtie analyses and/or SMS related activities

Might support internal process improvement activities, including standardization of metrics, internal reporting and tracking capabilities, etc.

Everett Delivery Center (EDC) - Everett - 2 months

Gain understanding of major milestone steps in aircraft production/delivery life cycle and learn how Boeing presents the airplane to customer for review

Focus on investigations and delivery, learn how FAA Regulatory Airworthiness Directive (AD) requirements equips individuals with knowledge on compliance and safety standards for currently produced models, including necessary actions post-delivery

Become familiar with assembly of delivery data packages and the presentation of maintenance documents to airline customers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Currently an ANA employee

3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

1+ years of experience in training others

1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Applications, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

3+ years of experience in a role that required excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

2+ years of experience in a role that required strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

3+ years of experience with project management

2+ years of experience in data analysis

Summary pay range: $95,500 - $128,500
