Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Associate or Experienced Quality Production Specialists to support the Material Review Board (MRB) Quality team in Renton or Everett, Washington on 1st or 2nd shifts.

Our team is currently hiring for Associate or Experienced Quality Production Specialists that will be assigned to a primary shift, either 1st or 2nd; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform most work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The MRBD will support our Renton or Everett airplane programs by performing a review of non-conformance records and generate non-conformance orders. In this role one will be expected to: collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, track, respond and communication to support the program.

Position Responsibilities:

Reviews and validates product non-conformance (NCR/EPD) and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements

Perform analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations and processes to Quality Management System requirements, applicable company procedures, contract requirements or government regulations

Applies knowledge of aerospace design, systems and integration to perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systems

Performs root cause analysis on the nonconformance to identify the cause and prevent reoccurrence

Independently develop, modify and document NCO’s

Obtains corrective action on nonconforming plans and hardware/processes

Negotiates concurrence, obtains commitments for taking preventive and corrective action, prioritizes quality activities and ensures problem resolution

Reviews and validates the corrective action plans and identifies effectivity to ensure completion

Reviews and approves Quality planning changes or disposition of nonconformance hardware products/processes

Guides validation of configuration management, quality procedures and material review policies to deliver the software products

Reviews and implements corrective action on audit results to ensure media is stored and handled per engineering defined requirements

Interprets industry standards and provide recommendations for implementation

Creates analytical reports and coordinates with the entities responsible for internal/external distribution

Work under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience or training reading and interpreting drawings or blueprints

1+ years of experience working with quality and/or manufacturing data systems (CMES, QAR)

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Willing and able to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

4+ years of experience with REDARS

1+ years Material Review Board experience

2+ years of experience with systematic problem-solving skills

Summary Pay Range for Associate (Level 2): $76,500 – $103,500

Summary Pay Range for Experienced (Level 3): $95,000 – $128,500
