Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate or Experienced Quality Assurance Numerical Control Programmer who will play a critical role in developing, validating, and improving CNC programs and inspection processes to support the production and quality assurance of Composite Wing Components (CWC). You will leverage your expertise in GD&T, CATIA, and PC-DMIS to ensure precision and efficiency in automated non-destructive testing and manufacturing operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Generate, revise, and validate programs for Automated Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) equipment to ensure accurate inspection of CWC parts.Develop and validate setup and layup programs used in the production of composite wing components.Design and maintain calibration, verification, and inspection programs using PC-DMIS to measure detail parts and assemblies.Produce detailed reports for product acceptance and document any non-conformance activities.Apply GD&T and ASME Y14.5 standards to develop and improve numerical control programs.Utilize CATIA software to validate programming for cutting, layup, and configuration of all CWC parts.Plan, create, and revise Machine Control Data (MCD) using PC-DMIS to direct operations of numerically controlled inspection equipment.Lead the development and integration of new machining techniques, manufacturing methods, and software tools to enhance production capabilities.Provide clear machine operator instructions and documentation for automated and numerically controlled equipment in accordance with established processes.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

1+ years of experience in aircraft modification, production, development, and testing.3+ years of experience using 3D modeling tools (Autodesk Inventor, Solid works, SketchUp, Pro-E, CATIA, etc.), CATIA V5 experience is preferred.3+ years of experience applying GD&T Fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.3+ years of experience in creating mylars or utilizing inspection tools.3+ years of experience using PCDMIS to provide inspection measurements and reports of machined parts.3+ years of experience applying inspection media practices.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $72,250 - $97,750Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $90,950 - $123,050
