The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Project Manager (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the team in Seattle, WA.

Join our dynamic Enterprise Business Preparedness (BP) team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization! As a key member, you'll collaborate to create and evaluate essential processes, tools, and templates that empower a compliant and resilient program. Your primary mission? You'll focus on identifying vital business processes, understanding their dependencies, minimizing operational risk and developing innovative workarounds to swiftly restore operations. Position Responsibilities:

Serve as a key member of the Enterprise Business Preparedness Team, acting as a subject matter expert on all BP tools, technology, and processes

Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders across the enterprise, facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops to identify critical business programs, people, process and technology dependencies

Develop resiliency plans, conduct exercises to ensure the testing and maintenance of these plans

Create an overall culture of preparedness, by empowering employees to be prepared both at home and at work

Measure program effectiveness

Deliver comprehensive business preparedness planning services to organizations across the enterprise

Obtain certification as a Business Preparedness focal point and guide business partners through all aspects of the business preparedness lifecycle

Support all phases of the Business Preparedness lifecycle and contribute to special projects utilizing project management best practices

Collaborate with enterprise leaders to identify risks and critical programs

Assist executive leaders in validating their preparedness status and assess the company's resilience maturity

Provide Business Preparedness and Business Continuity consultation to business unit and functional leadership

Maintain strong customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with business partners, articulating the purpose and value of Business Continuity planning

Conduct training and consultation on the business preparedness planning process, software, and support to ensure successful completion of testing and maintenance processes

Maintain a comprehensive and standardized BP training program

Communicate schedule milestones and progress updates to business partners, ensuring transparency and accountability

Analyze results, trends, and processes to identify improvements for delivering the most effective service

Research and consolidate complex information into clear, level-appropriate written summaries and verbal briefings for key stakeholders and internal customers, including risk and security managers, travel security representatives, and global security operations center personnel

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience with business continuity

3+ years of experience facilitating Business Impact Analysis (BIA) sessions with cross functional stakeholders, identify critical people, process and technology dependencies, recovery capabilities and priorities

3+ years of experience with project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Certification in business continuity (ABCP, CBCP, etc.)

Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)

Experience with audits, risk and/or compliance

Experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Experience delivering executive briefings and/or presentations

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $93,500 – $126,500

Summary pay range for Senior: $115,600 – $156,400
