Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Project Management Specialist to join our SAP Deployment Success team in Everett, WA.
We seek dynamic, curious, and inventive individuals with strong BCA supply chain expertise and a proven track record of designing and delivering cross-functional integrations. Using Lean and Agile methods, you will drive solutions to Boeing and supplier production challenges and help transform BCA supply chain processes and systems for the next 30 years
Our team is currently hiring a Senior (Level 4) Project Management Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
Facilitate Lean projects and initiatives across various departmentsDevelop and implement training programs for employees at all levelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement effortsUtilize data analysis and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Supply Chain Functional Excellence initiativesMentor and coach team members in project management principles and practicesPrepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to managementDeveloping the project plan and scheduleAllocating resources and managing the project budgetRisk management and issue resolutionLeading the project team and communicating progress to stakeholdersEnsuring project deliverables meet scope, quality, and deadlinesChange Impact assessments to impact groups or organizationsCommand media managementContribute to cutover planning, go‑live readiness, training materials, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
7+ years of experience in project management including interfaculty with suppliers, partnerships, and/or customers3+ years of experience in supplier management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager7+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree3+ years of experience of leading a cross functional team2+ years of experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)Experience in manufacturing systems, including machining, fabrication and assembly, and electronics assembly
