Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Project Management Specialist (Level 3) to join the BCA Fulfillment Process and Performance team which supports Everett or Renton, WA . The primary location for this role is in Washington but may include travel to Charleston. This position is crucial to meeting customer commitments and supporting material delivery and integration for manufacturing production for all BCA Commercial operations. The selected candidate will support a team that works across multiple Airplane Programs and functions to drive Global Industrial Champion levels of performance.
Position Responsibilities:
Perform studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plans regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.Develops overall project plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the project owner and key partners in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards)Works to improve project management processes and business systems that support project decision makersMay lead others and advise all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completionActs as primary project contact to establish key partner requirements and project objectivesEnsure that all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and integrate project data for decision makers
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools5+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership5+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Project planning and implementation, project leadership RIO, ROI, Cost Management5+ Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders5+ Experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environmentPMP or Project Management CertificationAbility to travel up to 10%

Summary pay range: $99,000 – $107,000
