Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes(BCA) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Specialist (Level 4 or 5) to join our Digital Transformation team. This role will lead integrated SAP delivery across program lifecycle phases, Drive RIO (Risks, Issues and Opportunity) alignment, Manage Master Phasing Plans, own Governance processes, and partner with Organization Change Management (OCM) to embed solutions and measure adoption through robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This is an opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, influence executive stakeholders, and help advance our end-to-end business processes and tooling.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead project management efforts for Digital Transformation initiativesAuthor and manage planning/program directives that facilitate innovative tools and processesCollaborate cross-functionally to bring diverse teams together and drive project successCommunicate effectively with executive-level leadership, providing clear updates and insightsFacilitate workshops and working sessions to keep teams engaged and on-taskUtilize scheduling tools such as MS Project and/or Open Plan Professional (OPP) to manage timelines and deliverablesCreate and present executive level presentations to communicate plans across BCA
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
7+ Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)7+ years of experience in project management or direct line management7+ years of experience leading workshops and working sessions7+ years of experience utilizing automated scheduling tools (i.e. OPP, MS Project, Primavera, or Artemis, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
15 or more years' related work experience.Bachelor’s Degree or higher3+ years of experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods - SAP experience is nice to have, but not required.

Summary pay range:
Level 4 $123,000 - $133,000
Level 5 $154,000 - $172,200
