Find your future with us.Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is currently seeking an Experienced Project ManagementSpecialist (Level 4) to join the team located in Tukwila, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or challenging cybersecurity, industrial security and information technology projects while ensuring completion in accordance with industry standardsDevelops projects and program plans at all levels across multiple functional areas and executes all project phases to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and constraints from initiation to post completionIdentifies risk and opportunity potential, and develops mitigation planning for cybersecurity, industrial security, and information technology projectsIntegrates team efforts within cybersecurity, industrial security, information technology, product security, and classified labs across the programDevelops and maintains working relationships with external stakeholders and customers
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location option. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Project Management5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment5+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees and all levels of leadership5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) CertificationExperience in an aerospace or manufacturing environmentExperience with aircraft modification
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
