Our Production Business Integration team is seeking a motivated career-driven professional to lead project to transform BCA's Production Master Scheduling process and tools.

Position Responsibilities:
Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains the Production Master Scheduling project initiatives, plan and schedule complex projects, programs, and change driven activitiesInitiates and implements process improvements (e.g. value stream mapping, employee engagement, MPS techniques, flow reduction, etc.) Integrating cost and risk assessments at the BCA business unit level.Contributes to the development of new master scheduling application, all interface solutions and data requirements. Represents business process and application at the BCA business unit levelProvides analysis and product development initiatives determine scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests. Identify risk and opportunity potential, develop mitigation planning and business case refinement.Develops strategic presentations that portray Master Production Scheduling philosophies, techniques and practices.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
3+ years of experience as a Master Production Scheduling process3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or application solutions3+ years of experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data5+ years of experience in using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior (Level 4):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range experienced: $93,500- $126,500
Summary pay range senior: $115,600-$156,400
