We are seeking a Project Engineer for the Advanced Production and Automation (APA) team Everett, Washington.

The Advanced Production and Automation (APA) engineers and technicians, skilled scientists and bold innovators; working on the state of the art advanced production systems technologies. This role provides technical and project leadership for advanced manufacturing initiatives that improve aircraft production, strengthen operational capability, and deliver high-impact solutions across the enterprise. The selected candidate will serve as an advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research and as an organization spokesperson on advanced projects and programs. This position is intended for a highly experienced engineer with demonstrated leadership in complex technical environments.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide technical, business, and integration leadership for advanced manufacturing projects and programs.
Serve as an organization spokesperson for advanced technical initiatives.
Advise management and customers on advanced technical research studies and project direction.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
Develop, manage, and execute statements of work, scope, resources, and schedules.
Oversee project performance, including metrics, baseline comparisons, and corrective actions.
Manage scope changes and their impact to cost, schedule, and deliverables.
Direct proposal development and support strategic planning and execution.
Ensure technical rigor, consistency, and alignment across project outputs.
Lead research, test, development, and implementation efforts for advanced manufacturing solutions.
